Dr. Mushfiqur Rahman

Chairman

Dr. Mushfiqur Rahman is a Lecturer of Business and Management at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, United Kingdom. After completing his first degree, Dr. Rahman obtained an MBA degree and later another MSc in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations. He earned his PhD in Electronic Human Resources Management (e-HRM) at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London. Afterwards, he also successfully passed a program on academic writing and reading at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He has experience working in leadership positions in corporate fields for many years before venturing into academia, now amounting to ten years of teaching experience. He has several publications in CABS and Q1 ranked journals, including the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Production Planning & Control, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, and Employee Relations. Recently, he successfully edited the book “Global Issues in Business and Organization Studies” published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing.

Abd Azis Bin Md Aris

Having spent more than 35 years in the field of education and TVET skills training, he has extensive experience and networking in the private and government agencies in Malaysia that involves education, vocational & entrepreneurial development training. He is willing to share his experience and expertise with TREDMIG which shares the same goals and objectives.

Stanislav Baychev

Managing Partner

Stanislav Baychev is an Academic Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church and Bath Spa Universities in London, the United Kingdom. His academic journey started in his home country Bulgaria by earning a Bachelor`s degree in World History, and later he achieved a Master’s in Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance in London, the United Kingdom.

Before being appointed a lecturer, Stanislav Baychev gained extensive experience in marketing. He was a student recruiter for top UK mainstream universities, helping students to choose the right program and awarding body and pursue their dreams.

Md. Nuruzzaman

Lead Teacher (Japanese)

Mr. Nuruzzaman successfully completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Japanese Language and Culture from the Institute of Modern Languages, University of Dhaka. Throughout his academic journey, he developed a deep understanding and appreciation for Japanese language and culture, which has fueled his passion for teaching.

In July 2022, he achieved a remarkable score in the Advanced Level (N1) of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) from Bangladesh, a significant milestone in his career. This accomplishment was recognized by the Japanese Language Teachers’ Association of Bangladesh (JALTAB) for outstanding results in the JLPT N1. As a part-time teacher in the Department of Japanese Language and Culture at the Institute of Modern Languages (IML), University of Dhaka, Mr. Nuruzzaman has had the privilege of teaching Japanese language courses from beginner to advanced levels, as well as courses on Japanese literature.
